Gwithian Rocks 4ft x 8ft on aluminium

This is my largest painting so far and when I first saw the aluminium sheet I felt a bit overwhelmed by the size and wasn’t sure where to start. I avoided looking at it for about two weeks, walking around it pretending it wasn’t there. It seemed a bit intimidating but eventually I faced it head on and once started, I couldn’t leave it alone!
